Ladle Shroud Manipulator allows operator to put the shroud in the ladle nozzle operating from safe distance. It is one-man operated machine which saves the time and keep the operator away from the danger. It can be automated or We have built Automated and manual LSM depending on the needs of the customer and area which LSM have to work. Automated LSM can pick the shroud from the shroud-Rack Automatically and can deliver the shroud close to the ladle Nozzle from where operator drive the LSM with remote to insert the shroud in the Ladle Nozzle and put the Auto-Cast on. In Auto-Cast LSM keep the Set pressure Upward in order to hold the shroud in place when casting
